As you requested, an inspection was performed after the initial excavation at the above named site.
At the time of the inspection, the site had been exposed to heavy precipitation, and the surface is
unsuitable for the placement offootings for the proposed wood framed residence. As was discussed
.with Wend'e11 of Bravado. Excavating, the site will have to be re-excavated to suitable bearing and
granular fill placed and compacted. When this is accomplished, the site will be suitable for the
construction of the wood framed residence.
