the septic tank and drainfield) are nonrefundable. Some refund may be made on the
building and plumbing portion of your app1.ication if cancellation is necessary.
In the event a Planning or some other long-term problem exists over which you have
no control we will hold the permit until the problem is resolved and we receive word
from you as to whether to proceed with permit issuance or proc~ss a cancellation.

The drawings for the above project have been reviewed for conformity with
the structural, methanicaland plumbing specialty codes of the State of
Oregon.
Before a plans review of the project can be completed, and before a
building penn it, can be issued, the items'noted on the enclosed list and
an~ specially noted pr6visions shall be incorporated into the project docu-
ments and/or additional infonnation submitted to show compliance with the
applicable Codes. ,
Please submit for approval revised plans or addenda to indicate that the
items noted in the plans review have been incorporated into the project.
When this information is received, this office will be in a position to
complete the requir,ed plan review of the project. Your early submittal of
the noted items will facilitate the issuance of a building permit.
Our review of the 'submitted plans-shall not be construed as approval of
