ACTION
REQUESTED:
Endorsement of OLCC Liquor License Application for Tom and Johnny’s located
at 471 South A Street, Suite A Springfield, Oregon.
ISSUE
STATEMENT:
The owners of Tom and Johnny’s have requested the City Council to endorse its
OLCC Liquor License Application.

FINANCIAL
IMPACT:
The license endorsement for Tom and Johnny’s, LLC DBA: Tom and Johnny’s is
for a New Outlet with Limited On-Premises Sales and Off-Premises Sales, applying
as a Limited Liability Company. The new license application has been reviewed
and approved by the appropriate City Departments.
