ACTION
REQUESTED:
Endorsement of OLCC Liquor License Application for Vino and Vango, an
entertainment style “Paint Party” on canvas, located at 236 Main Street,
Springfield, Oregon.
ISSUE
STATEMENT:
The owner of Vino and Vango has requested the City Council to endorse its OLCC
Liquor License Application.

FINANCIAL
IMPACT:
The license endorsement for Pauline Hauder, DBA: Vino and Vango is for a New
Outlet with Limited On-Premises Sales applying as an Individual. The new license
application has been reviewed and approved by the appropriate City Departments.
