A survey of sidewalks in the City of Springfield reveals that the

We respectfully urge you to complete this replacement/repair not later'
than Ii days from the date of this notice.
Your failure to do so will make it mandatory, under provIsions of the
City Code, Chapter 2, for the City to proceed with the'replacement/repair
of this sidewalk and assess all costs.
Any additional information concerning this replac~~ent may be obtained
at the office of the Building Inspector at the City Hall.
Your cooperation in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Remarks
The attached letters were sent to Mr. Raymond Hansen, 950 Mi 11 ;:street
as the recorded owner of 1185 & 1201 Main Street, notifying him of the re-
qui red sidewalk repair. This office feels that enough time has been extended
to Mr. Hansen to repair said sidewalk, therefore in accordance with the City
Code this Department feels that the City repair said sidewalk and bi I I Mr.
Hansen for said work.
have talked to Hal Fleck and in the absence of the City contractor, he
stated that he could handle the job,
This memo is sent to you in accordance with the Springfield Code of 1965
Chapter 2, Article 7, Sections 2-7-4, 2-7-5 and 2-7-6.
