On January 8, 1968 we sent another regJJtered letter with a time
5 days.
I contacted Mr. Hal Fleck and made a joint inspection and we both
agreed to only repair one sidewalk at this time. I then, with Mr. Golden
my assistant, contacted Mr. Hanson and informed him of the reduction of re~'
pair. He stated that he understood and would see that it was taken care of.
On January 18, 1968 it was apparent that no effort was being taken
to repair said sidewalk, so in the absence of the City Contractor, a letter
was sent to the City Manager and Mr. Fleck was instructed to repair the side-
walk and bill the owner; which was done.
I hope this answere the questions you have regarding this matter.
Respectfully yours,
