DOLLAR SALES GROUP, LLC, DBA: EIRINN’S BISTRO.
ACTION
REQUESTED:
Endorsement of OLCC Liquor License Application for Eirinn’s Bistro, deli style
restaurant, located at 639 W. Centennial Boulevard, Springfield, OR 97477.
ISSUE
STATEMENT:
The owners of Silver Dollar Sales Group, LLC, DBA: Eirinn’s Bistro have
requested the City Council to endorse its OLCC Liquor License Application.

DISCUSSION/
FINANCIAL
IMPACT:
The license endorsement for Eirinn’s Bistro is for a Greater Privilege with Full On-
Premises Sales; Commercial Establishment and applying as a Limited Liability
Company. The new license application has been reviewed and approved by the
appropriate City Departments.
