On January 4, 2003 an inspection and site survey for asbestos containing building materials was conducted at the above-mentioned address. From the homogeneous list of building materials established, 3 types of Roofing, 2 types of window glazing compound, ceiling and wall composites and several types of flooring materials were sampled and analyzed by an independent laboratory, Magnum Environmental Services. The results indicated that asbestos was present in 3 of the flooring materials sampled in the main house and one of window glazing compounds in the west end of the barn. Asbestos was found in the house in the flooring materials in the upstairs closet(approx 40 sq. ft.) and in the downstairs fireplace backboard(approx 35 sq. ft.). On Friday October 31,2003 the asbestos containing building materials found in this investigation were properly abated by the Pacific Environmental Group Inc. of Eugene Oregon. The waste generated is scheduled to be disposed of at the Lane County Solid Waste Disposal Facilities Asbestos Disposal Site. ~~~r\, '.
