Dear Permit Department:
Peace Health was issued the permit referenced above earlier this month, and
residence was demolished on November 21,2003 by the City of Springfield as a
burn training exercise.
It has come to our attention that while the site address is indeed listed correctly
on the permit, the assessor's parcel number is incorrect and contains a typo.
The correct parcel number is 17-03-23-22, lot 500. I am alerting you to this
information so that you may correct your records.
