We sold the property to Oregon Maid Corp. on October 6th, 2006. The sales agreement stipulated that Oregon Maid Corp. was purchasing the property as-is, and would procure its own permits to complete construction. I believe Oregon Maid Corp. intended to complete the remodel, and then resale the property for a profit. I do not know how successful they were in that venture, but per county records, it. does appear Oregon Maid Corp. sold the property to Fiserv ISS & Co, a Colorado partnership, on April 1311\ 2007.
