That wa$ last inspected on Anril 30. 19RO , ' The 1979 Oregon State Building Code, Section 303(d),explains that any building per- mit for which work is not started within 180 days of issuance, or if work is suspended for a period of 180 days, the building permit shall expire by limitation and become null and void. If'conditions beyond your control have prevented you from proceeding on this,project, please .submit a letter stating the circumstances and if conditions warrant the Building Official may extend your application ,for a specified period of time.
