ISSUE
STATEMENT:
The owner of Thabet Management, Inc. DBA: Buy 2 020 has requested the City
Council to endorse its OLCC Liquor License – Change of Ownership.

DISCUSSION/
FINANCIAL
IMPACT:
The license endorsement for Buy 2 020 is for a Change of Ownership with Off-
Premises Sales with Fuel Pumps and applying as a Limited Liability Company.
The new license application has been reviewed and approved by the appropriate
City Departments.
