Dear Mr. Mayer,.
The following isthe~resUlt of'~ findings, in regard to the plat of
Eastwood on 46th Street'and Aster.'
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 1, have basically fill material on
them in depth from 6 inches to 2 feet. This material was taken
from street excavation and is bar:f'run quality ,material mixed with
dirt and'is like original material. This material appears to have
been placed approximately 6 years'agowhi.chl~iliso makes it r~vert
back to its original condition.
Most of these lots are now excavated to be inspected. I recoDDIlend
that there be no delay of'building.construction at this time.,
