dependent on weather and ground conditions. Over excavation of unsuitable subgrade at T&M rates.Staking and
engineering by others. Drainage to conform to existing grades. Preparation of subgrade by others. Excludes
disposal of contaminated material. Excludes soil sterilent. M.H. adjusting by others. Payment Terms: Net 10th
prox.; no retainage.
