CITY OF SPRINGFIELD SPRINGFIELD, OREGON 97477 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS November 12, 1980 346 MAIN STREET 726.3753 Mr. Greg Schpankyn 2787 Olympic Street #21 Springfield, Oregon 97477 Dear Mr. Schpankyn: In going through our files we came across a building permit for,: A sinQle familY residence at 796 ~ve Street. hllil~in~ permit #RnnnR6 That was last inspected on June 17, 1980 The 1979 Oregon State Building Code, Section 303(d), explains that any building per- mit for which work is not started within 180 days of issuance, or if work is suspended for a peri~d of 180 days, the building permit shall expire by limitation and become null and void. If conditions beyond your control have prevented you from proceeding on this project, please submit a letter stating the circumstances and if conditions warrant the Building Official may extend your application for a specified period of time. If this building permit is allowed to expire, it will be necessary to obtain a new building permit and a permit fee amounting to one-half of the original permit fee for such work will be due. If we do not hear from you within the next ten days we will assume that you have can- celled this project and we will clear our files of all related material. If you have any questions concerning this matter call the Springfield Building Division at 726- 3753.
