I am returning your check identified as check number 0000001587. Richter C286017. which was intended
to pay for the construction permits for the proposed single family residence to be located al 565 Pollava
Street, Springfield, Oregon.
Unfortunately, the fee you were given as the total was incorrect. The actual amount of the construction
permits, City System Development Charges. Willamalane Parks and Recreation System Development
Charges, and plan review fee is $4,719.54. The amount you were given previously had not included the
aclual building permit.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause both you and your client. Once I have received
the replacement check, I will process the permits immediately. If you have any questions. please feel free
