Habitat for Humanity Projects
This is to inform you that at their last meeting, the Willamalane Board of Directors voted to
consider sharing 50% of park SDC costs with 501(3)(c) non-profit organizations providing low-
income housing (e.g., Habitat for Humanity). The District's portion of these costs will come '
from the Willamalane General Fund.
The Board has agreed to pay for 112 of the SDC owed for two Habitat for Humanity projects: at
South 70th Street and at 17th and Rainbow. Both of these transactions will be handled by
Willamalane staff at our Administration Building. These two projects, therefore, are eligible to
receive City building permits, provided that all other City requirements are met and fees paid.
