SUBJECT: MOBILE HOME AT 1602 RAINBOW DRIVE, SPRINGFIELD, OREGON
Dear r~s. Gnisia
I'm writing with regard to the January 22, 1982 letter to you frDm
this office relative tD the mobile home being stored on your property
located at the above referenced address.
On January 26, 1982, David Puent, Building Inspector measured .
the setbacks of the mobile home and found them to be in compliance
with the Springfield Comprehensive Zoning Code - i.e., 20' from
Olympic Street, (in this case, because the sidewalk is an easement and
nDt public right of way, ~our prDperty line is approximately on the
sidewalk side of the curb), 5' from the west interior property line and
10' from the north property line.
Thank you for your courtesy and cooperation in this matter.
Si ncere ly,
j7~
