Dear Ms. Gnisia:
The mobile home stored behind your residence located at the above referenced address
is in violation of Section 14.09 of the Springfield Zoning Code adopted May 1, 1982.
Please refer to the attached copy.
In a residential district a mobile home which is not used for residential purposes,
i.e. one that is stored, may not be permitted for longer than a 30 day period.
Therefore, by 30 days from the date of this letter (October 15, 1982), the mobile
home must be removed from your property.
Please direct all inquiries to the Springfield Building Division at 726-3753.
