Dear Ms. Johnson:
-This office represents Mildred Gnisia. There has been a claim filed
against her in some litigation by a neighbor of hers relating to the
mobile home that she had stored at 1602 Rainbow Dr. in Springfield in
1982.
She has brought me your letters of January 22, 1982; February 10, 1982;
and September IS, 1982.
From those letters, it appears that she was in compliance with the
Springfield zoning code up through October 14, 1982. That would be the
expi ration of the 30 days from your notice of September 15 to her to
remove the mobil e home. If that is correct, I woul d 1 i ke to obtai n an
affidavit from you to that effect so that I can ask the court to dis-
miss this particular claim against her, since I believe that she did
promptly remove the home after your notice of September 15.
Please advise. Thank you very much for your assistance in thi smatter.
