Dear Mr. Greenman:
At your request, the Building Division of the City of Springfield made a
housing inspection on May 8, 1978, at 4395 Aster Street, Springfield,
Oregon.
The following items must be repaired or replaced to conform with the
Uniform, Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield:
1. Replace junction box covers in the attic.
2. Remove 2 lengths of lamp cord wiring.
3. Rehang switch box by passage door in garage.
4. All windows must open freely;
All necessary permits shall be obtained before work starts and all work
shall be accomplished according to applicable codes and inspected before
a Certificate of Compliance will be issued. '
