In order to correct discrepancies in existing addresses, help insure proper mail
delivery, and facilitate the emergency operations of the Fire and Police Depart-
ments, the Springfield City Council has directed that the following adjustments
be made relative to the address of your property located at:
759\ Fairview Street
and is hereby changing it to:
1599 Rainbow Drive
This change will become effective on February 1, 1982 , and you are there-
fore requested to change the address numbers on your building and/or mail box by
this date. The following companies and/or agencies will be notified of the change
through receipt of a copy of this letter.
1) Pacific Northwest Bell
2) U.S, Post Office
3) Northwest Natural Gas
4) Teleprompter of Oregon
5) Springfield Utility Board and/or Rainbow Water District
6) Springfield Police Department.
7) Springfield Fire Department
8) Lane County Assessor
9) Lane Council of Governments
In the event that you are a renter, please notify the owner of the property. We
thank you very much for your cooperation, and appologize for the inevitable incon-
veniences which changes of this sort cause.
