SPECIFIC VIOLATION: Sections 4-2-6, 4-2-9 and 5-1-1 (3)(a).of the
Springfield City Code (copies attached). An accumulation of household garbage
is being stored in bag5 at the above location,
REQUIRED CORRECTION: The improper storage and disposal of household
waste creates a potential public health hazard. Household garbage must be
stored in covered containers and removed once a week in order to eliminate
conditions attractive to rats, and to prevent offensive odors and unsightly
conditions.
DEADLINE FOR COMPLIANCE: Seven (7) days from the date of thi5 letter or
by August 12, 1986.
