Dear Mr. Price,
I'm writing in reference to your expired building pemlit at 967 Rainbow Dr.,
Springfield, Oregon; City Job Number 91 1342. Our records indicate you were sent
a letter on March 21, 1994, notifying you that your pemlits .had expired on
September 2, 1993. We have had no response or inspection activity on your project
since March 2, 1993.
When a project has no activity for more than one year, a new pennit is required for
completion. The cost for obtaining permits will be:
$49.00 Electrical pennit
$2.45 State Surcharge (5%) on Electrical pennit
$1.47 Administrative Fee (3%) on Electrical pennit
$122.50 Building Pennit
$6.13 State Surcharge (5%) on Building Pennit
$3.68 Administrative Fee (3%) on Building Pennit
$185.23 Total
Inspection approvals required for the project completion are rough electric,
framing, insulation, drywall, final electric and final building. Penn its should be
. purchased within ten days of the date of this letter (by February 23, 1995) and
arrangements made to obtain the remaining inspection approvals.
In the event you do not comply within the assigned time frame a civil infraction
citation may be issued.
