Dear Mr. Chambers:
At your request, the Building Division of the City of Springfield made a
housing inspection on June 14, 1978, at 1404 Quinalt Street, Springfield,
Oregon.
The following items must be repaired or replaced to conform with the
Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield:
1. Correct reversal polarity of bathroom plug.
NOTE: Grounded plugs may be installed on ground outlets.
All necessa.ry permits shall be obtained before work .starts and all work
shall be accomplished according, tq' applicable codes and inspected before
a Certificate of Complaince will be issued.
