Dear Resident:
A recent observation of your property located at 1342 Quinalt Street, Springfield,
Oregon reveals that it is in violation of the following City Codes:
Section 5-1-1 (~) & Cd) of the Springfield City Code relative to storage
of debris and used materials.
Boxes, an old car body, wire, wood, and other miscellaneous debris is being
stored on your property in public view. These items must either be removed
or covered from view by a.structure of a permanent nature affixed to the
ground.
Therefore, by ten ()O) days from the date of this letter (March 6, 1982), the above
described conditions must be corrected in order to conform to City Codes. Unless
you comply with this requirement, further action will be taken under the Codes of
the City of Springfield, Oregon.
Please direct, all inquiries to the Springfield Building Division at 726=3753.
