ISSUE
STATEMENT:
The owner of Thabet Management has requested the City Council to endorse its
OLCC Liquor License – Change of Ownership.

FINANCIAL
IMPACT:
The license endorsement for Buy 2 019 is for a Change of Ownership with Full On-
Premise Sale in a Commercial Establishment and applying as a Limited Liability
Company. The new license application has been reviewed and approved by the
appropriate City Departments.
