TO OWNER OR TENANT:
In order to correct discrepancies in existing addresses,
insure proper delivery of mail, and to facilitate the Fire and
Police Departments, the Building Division has made the following
adjustments to the address of your property located at:
1846 10th Place
and is hereby changing it to:
1041 Quinalt
effective this date.
You are therefore requested to use said address in the future
on the building and mailbox, if applicable. We will also notify
the telephone company, power companies, and any other similar
agencies.
In the event that you are a renter, p'lease-notify.the-.owner
