Re: Housing Inspection at 691 & 693 Quinalt Street
Dear Mr. Miller:
At your request, the Building DivisioTl of the City of Springfield made a housing
inspection on April 19, 1979, at 691 & 693 Quinalt Street, Springfield, Oregon.
The following items must be repaired or replaced to conform with the Uniform
Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield:
1. Replace broken light fixtures at front and rear doors.
2. Recaulk tubs where tile and tub meet.
All necessary permits shall be obtained before work starts and all work shall
be accomplished according to applicable codes and inspected before a Certificate
of Compliance will be issued.
