Dear Resident:
A recent observation of your property located at 636 West Quinalt; Springfield,
Oregon reveals that it is in violation of the following City.Code(s):
Section 5-1-1 (~)(d) of the Springfield City Code relative to the storage of
used materials on private property.
Used building supplies are being stored in public view on your property. These
must be removed or covered from view by a permanent structure attached to the
ground.
Therefore, by thirty (~O) days from the date of this letter (November 15, 1980),
the above described conditions iaust be corrected in order to conform to City
Codes. Unless you comply with this requirement or show cause why it should not
be complied with, further action may be taken under the Codes of the City of
Springfield, Oregon. We trust that your compliance will make such action unneces-
