Re: Violation of Section 5-1-1(3) (d) of the Springfield
Code at 636 West Quinalt Street.
Dear Sir or Madame:
Please find enclosed for your information and further review
a copy of a letter dated October 15, 1980, to you from Sally
Johnson, Environmental Controller, City of Springfield.
In her letter, Ms. Johnson informed you that your property
located at 636 West Quinalt Street is in violation of Section
5-1-1(3) (d) of the Springfield City Code, in that used building
materials are being stored in public view on your property.
These materials must be removed or covered from view by a
permanent structure attached to the ground.
It is our understanding that you have taken no action to comply
with the Code requirements as set forth in the letter to you
from Ms. Johnson.
Please be informed that unless you have complied with all re-
quirements set forth in the letter to you dated October 15,
1980, from Ms. Johnson, by December 30, 1980, an action will
be instituted against you in the Municipal Court of the C ty
of Springfield to obtain your compliance.
