. To all adjacent property owners:
On December 7, 1988 the Springfield Planning Commission approved (by a vote of
5-1) a Di scretionary Use appl ication submitted by The Nativity of the Mother
of God Ukrainian Catholic Church for the purpose of 16cating a church on property
located at 704 Aspen Street. "

The Planning Commissions approval of this request becomes final on December 18,
1988 unless appealed in accordance with Article 150f the Springfield Development
Code.
The Planning Commissionls conditions of approval for this request are:
1. Completion of the Site Plan Review process for Phase I.
2. Requiring the bell tower to conform with the 30 foot height limitation unless
they apply for a Variance.
3. Submitting for Type II Site Plan approval which will be subject to the
standards in the Code at the time of application for Phase II of their
proposal.
