Subject: Pre-Applicat'ion Conferen
ThiS letter will summarize the items discussed at a pre-application conference
regarding a lot line adjustment for 735 Aspen Street~
The following information was discussed~
1~ A lot lin~ adjustment is required based upon your proposal. The
application form is enclosed with this letter.
2. There may be 10 feet of street dedication required for Aspen Street as part
of th~ lot line adjustme~t review process.
3. There may also be an improvement agreement required for Aspen Street as
part of the lot line adjustment review,process.
4. There are two options available fo~you through this proces~
a. The creation of a wide panhandle lot and a narrow lot; or
b. The ,creation of a narrow panhandle lot and a wide lot.
5. At least a 10 foot setback needs to be maintained from the tennis court'.
