In reviewing your submittal we were disappointed to find that your
property is landlocked (has no legal access to a public street
system) .

Before building permits can be issued there needs to be legal access
to a public street. Since your neighbors have a similar problem,
we will work with you and your neighbors to resolve this issue.
If you have an existing joint use access agreement that has been
recorded granting access for your property, please submit a copy
of the agreement to this office.

matter.
