Staff Declsion: Final Approval.
The le~ter dated August 1, stated that there were two conditions to be met
prior to the granting of Final Approval. These' conditions were submittal of~
1. Two coptes of a survey showing points set; and
2. The new legal descriptions for each property.
Conditions 1 and 2 have been met.
