The non-compliant infill framing includes non-bearing interior walls, floor decking, R -Il insulation, ardim-premm treated floor framing meabers. OZ Install a new garage infill floor system per detail 2/2. install new 2x4 pt. sleepers on top of the existing conaete garage slab at 8'411 on center maximum. Install new 24 pt- floor joists at 24' on center maximum. Add 6 mil vapor barrier, R-21 minimum batt Insulation, and 3/4' minimum span -rated structural floor decking per the detail. 0 Install new 2x6 at Vol on center non-bearing wall Install 5/8' Tp -X gypsum wallboard on the garage side of the wall, and 1/211 gypsum wallboard on the habitable room side of the wall. Dwelling/garage fire separation is required per Section IRML of the 2011 Oregon Residential Specialty Code. Insulate the wall cavity with R-21 high-density batt insulation per the 2010 Oregon Energy Efficiency Specialty Code. ® Fir out interior side of the existing 2x4 exterior wall to provide a deep enough cavity to install new R-21 high density batt -insulation in the wall install new 1/211 gypsum wallboard on interior face of wall. OInstall new 2x4 at Vol on Center interior non-bearing walL Finish both sides or wall with 1/2' gypsum wallboard. © Texture and paint new g9xum wallboard finishes per owner.
