I have been requested by'Jim Mann to respond to your letter of
9/14/81. We are unable to apply the rezone fee for your previous
application ZC 81-99 (which you withdrew) to a new conditional
use application. The reason for this is that although your rezone
application was withdrawn, much work had been done by County
Planning staff in processing the application. This processing is
paid for by the application fee, A new application (conditional
use permit) also requires much new processing which is paid for
by the filing fee ($295.00).
I am also returning your tentative application form to you as
there is additional information that will need to be,provided
by you as part of the application, I have noted where added in-
formation is needed in red (see,attached).
Also, one of your signs requested is shown as being within the
Centennial Blvd. right-of-way. I suggest you contact Keith
Ellingson, Transportation Planning, at 687-4492 and inquire what
policies County Public Works has regarding private signs in public
right-of"'-ways,
