SUBSURFACE AND ALTERNATIVE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS:
1. Permits shall be effective for one year from the da~e of issuance.
2. Upon. completing the c~ris-truct'"ion 'for which a'-~permi t has been 'issued', the permit- fio"lder shall
notify the Lane County Depa~tment of Planning and, Community Development by submitting the
installation record form. The Department shall inspect the construction to aetermine if it
complies with the rules, contained in this division. If the construction does comply with such
ruJ,es ;':the"bepartineI,1t,shall issue a certificate of sa tis factory comple'ti~n .to' the permi tl" holder.
If the'~construct-ion does ,not comply with such rules, the Department shall notify the permit
holder and shall require satisfactory completi'on,before..;islsui.ng the certt.f'icate:. l\~ilur~. to
meet the requirements for satisfactory 'completion Wl thin a 'reasonable t:i,me co-n-sti tutes a vio-
