Dear Mr. Graham:
I am the owner of property located at 2734 Whitworth Lane, Springfield, Oregon (Assessors Map
17-03-36-11, Tax Lot #11500). I am aware that the existing sanitary sewer system is very flat
and that the service pipe that serves our property is at a proposed slope that has been designed by
an Oregon licensed engineer, but less than the minimum prescriptive plumbing code
specification, which may result in more frequ~nt maintenance.
