Dear Mr. Grile:
The purpose of this letter is to request a two-year extension of the MountainGate Phase 4
Tentative Subdivision approval dated March 12, -2004, per the provisions of Springfield
Development Code Article 35.090..
The reason this request is necessary is due to recent change of ownership and anticipated
refinement and modification of the approved subdivision for Phase 4 including the North Cluster,
with platting of phases over time as allowed under 35.090(l)(b).
If there is additional information required to comply with SDC 35.090, please let me know. If
this letter is acceptable, I will provide the required fee of $228 as soon as possible.
