Jon,
Fred Meyer submitted the traffic study for the fuel stop on Q Street recently. The original study was completed
in May of last year and the counts were done in March. Do you see any real growth in volumes or large in
process projects that would make the counts invalid. I realize there is a 12 month window but based on trends
the counts would seem to be valid. Please advise.
