Progress on MountainGate West plat review, conditions, requirements, timeline for
recording.
Rock/Quarry issues - rock removal, stockpiling, etc.
Contractor issues - morning start times, Councilman feedback, neighbor relations
D Street construction drawings approval and bonding
Annexation application submittal & DIM app necessity
Plat Condition 9 - City agreement regarding long term maintenance
I realize a couple of these items involves Public Works but we can touch on these issues and
perhaps between now and Thursday morning, additional information and updates will be
made available to you in helping address these items. Look forward to seeing you in a couple
