This meets our minimum requirements for water supply for fire flows to conduct fire department operations. Gilbert R. I have a plat condition of ;pprov~1 (Phase 4 COA #2) IhatsayS the temp line from!Phase 3 to Phase 4 must be constructed and accepted by SUB and the City of Springfield. I defer to FLS for e~pert advice on this one. Does the attached test result satisfy your need for an adequate water source to Phase 4? (Keep in mind that this does not authorize any BP issuance until we have testing or Phase 4 utilities.) . , Mark will be back at our counter shortly so lets save ourselves from redundant meetings and make a decision on this one asap. During the new waterline flushing yesterday, I took the opportunity to run a hydrant flow test at the "worst case" hydrant in Phase 4. As you can see below the flow at 32 psi residual is very close to the 1500 gpm required at a 20 psi residual. All other hydrants installed in MouritainGate Subdivision will easily exceed 1500 gpm with the 8" temporary line in place. The pressure r~ducing valves in Phase 2 will be installed and put in service next week. The pump station will be left operational but not running until the waterline is completed in Phase 38. Egge Sand & Gravel started construction of the utilities in Phase 3B yesterday and appear to be making good progress. ' bart . SPRINGFIELD UTILITY BOARD WATER DIVISION .
