I have modeled the installation of an 8" high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipeline above ground from S 67th
Street to the southeast end of the waterline in Phase 3A. This connection will provide 1500 gpm anywhere in
Phase 4 at a residual pressure over 30 psi- It is our intent to provide flow tests on hydrants in Phases 1 and 2 as
soon as the temporary line is in service and in Phase 4 as soon as the water system is complete and accepted.

Here is the completed plan amendment application for MountainGate Phase 4, which reflects final
review and edits from Greg Hyde. 1 am submitting five copies and a CD to the front desk this afternoon.
The zoning change application is completed except for legals that are being prepared for the larger park
site that includes other Sun Trust phases.
As I understand, the City is initiating the plan amendment with concurrence ofWillamalane and
SunTrust, while SunTrust is responsible for submitting the zone change, correct?
