SUBJECT: " MOUNTAINGATE PHASE 4 - 59th St. IMPROVEMENTS, PIP#: 30402
Mr. Favreau:
Enclosed arethe approved construction plans for the public improvements for subject
project. The City Engineer approved plans for construction on October 30, 2006 with
the following conditions:
1. Unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer, the entire Phase 4 (ie. 4A, 48,
etc.) shall be completely constructed, approved by the City Engineer, and
accepted by City Council prior to final occupancy.
2. A site visit will be required by the City Planner in order to determine the limits of
the required tree preservation easements.
Prior to commencing the work, a pre-construction conference must be held. Please
contact Denny Wright, City Construction Inspector, at 736-1010 to schedule the
conference. Please distribute a copy of the plans to all utilities prior to the conference.
In addition, please retum 8 prints of the approved plans to my attention prior to
scheduling the conference.
