For those of you familiar with the 1) council goals update process; 2) proposal of new targets; and 3) creation of
gold stars, the information below is the condensed version of what is needed. Detailed instructions also included
for all 3 topics. .
. 1. Update council goals on line before November 13, 2006, noon. Detailed instruction memo attached if
needed for reference. Shared drive location:

2. Create any new proposed goals/targets on line,by November 13, 2006. Sample information contained at
the end of the attached instruction memo. Location:

3. Create your gold stars on line by October 31, i006. Detailed instruction memo attached if needed, and
sample of 2005 gold stars. Note this memo was a/so emailed out to ET on October 11 - this is same
information regarding gold stars but / wanted to include all in the same email.
