Page I of I DONOVAN James From: MCKEE Bart [BartM@subutil.comj Sent: Thursday, October 26,20066:15 AM To: GORDON Gilbert; DONOVAN James; Geri Betz; mark@suntrustland.com Subject: Flow test for MountainGate Phase4 During the new waterline flushing yesterday, I took the opportunity to run a hydrant flow test at the "worst case" hydrant in Phase 4. As you can see below the flow at 32 psi residual is very close to the 1500 gpm required ata20 psi residual. All other hydrants installed in MountainGate Subdivision will easily exceed 1500 gpm with the 8" temporary line in place. The pressure reducing valves in Phase 2 will be installed and put in service next week. The pump station will be left operational but not running until the waterline is completed in Phase 3B. Egge Sand & Gravel started construction of the utilities in Phase 3B yesterday and, appear to be making good progress. bart SPRINGFIELD UTILITY BOARD WATER DIVISION HYDRANT FLOW TEST RESULTS TEST RESULTS: Test Date 10-25-06 Flowing Hydrant Location MountainGate Phase 4 Pacific Sunset Loop Lot 29 Flow in GPM 1429 ~m Residual Hydrant Location Water service at Lot 15 Static Pressure 82 psi Residual Pressure' . 32 psi Work Performed By Bart E.
