We realize this land use approval for the Potato Hill project has been grJted. We received the
letter that states you expect to work with nearby Ineighbors in effort to mirlimize concerns &
,
inconveniences from the construction process. Now about concerns. Several homes & properties
are footsteps to the Weyerhauser Road, which rikht on the other side below are the cliffs & the
rock quarry. !
A big concern is when they do the blasting, which we have heard will be as minimal as possible,
that it can do property damages our propertieS ad homes, such as earth movement causing all
kinds of problems as with pipes breaking, dry whll damage, breaking seals on insulated windows,
fences to erupt, and the lists continues.
The intent upon this letter is for you as developers and planning consultants is you have
responsibility to cover any and all property & hdmes damage that may occur within a timely
manner.
