Services Department, 225 Fifth Street, Springfield, OR 97477. .
If your written comments are not received by Tuesday, April 6, 2004, specific concerns of your
division/departmenUagency will not be addressed unless you attend the meeting. The Development Review
Committee holds staff review meetings on Tuesday @ 8:00 -10:00 a.m. You should also plan to attend the staff
meeting on Tuesday if you have specific concerns so that the Planning Manager's representative can discuss them
prior to meeting with the applicant. If the Planning Manager feels it is necessary for you to participate in the public
mel!lings he/she will let you know on Tuesday.

Address: 57'h Street 0.4 miles south of Main Street
Reclaim a former quarry site for a wetland mitigation site, storm water detention and
open space use as a park site to be owned by Willamalane Park. Aggregate materials
generated by the reclamation process will be used on site for development of the
Mountaingate residential development and will involve blasting and rock processing.
