1) & 2): My status is that I am retired from PERS but working on contract (60% this year) with LCOG.
3) Am I missing Mountaingate? No, I presume it is right where I last left it.
4) I would rather spend quality time with my deihtist than go fishing.
5) As far as I know I am still Springfield's hearings official. My dance card is available the first week in May
and, if need be, earlier in April.

on the Mountaingate quarry "reclamation" as required by the Master Plan?

The application was submitted yesterday and we are still working out the
timeline for Pre-submittal/DRC/Notice/Hearing/Decision but the draft time line
starts out like this:
March 8- application request submitted
March 16- Pre Submittal (completeness)
March 24 neighborhood meeting (if complete)
March 30- DRC ( if complete)
April 14- 20 day notice for hearing and written comments
April 23-draft staff recommendation available .
May 5-PH ,
May 26-c1ose record (if extended in first hearing)
June 11- Decision (elapsed time 95 days)
What I'd like you to confirm on is:
1) are you retired?
2) under contract yet? '
3) missing mountaingate? .!
4) gone fishing? I
5) you are the Hearing Official and are available? I
